Hello everyone, today I am doing the 25 Bookish Facts About Me tag! I wasn't tagged by anyone to do this but I've seen a ton of these videos by BookTubers and I thought it would be a lot of fun to do, and it's a great way for you all to get to know a little more about me. Here we go! I am going to university to become a publisher so I can read books for a living. It's my dream to discover a book or series that becomes hugely popular. Sometimes I can read really well with background noise, and sometimes I can't. There's really no rhyme or reason to it. I generally read a page per minute and I get really frustrated if I'm not reading that fast. I don't like reading books that have a lot of tiny text on a small page since I feel like I'm not reading fast enough and I can get discouraged. My Goodreads goal for 2016 is 100 books, which I'm a little nervous about but I think it might actually work out. So far, I've read 36 books. ...

Hey guys! I saw this tag done on  Kenzie's  blog a while ago and, since I love to travel, thought I'd give it a go.  Where have you traveled to and where would you like to go again? Well so far I've traveled to 27 out of 50 states in America, and I've also been to Canada, England, France, Italy, and Switzerland. The place I'd like to go back to the most in England, because I really didn't see much besides the airport. Also, my sister and I would like to take my mom on a trip to France, because she really wants to go to Paris, and a mother-daughters trip to Paris will be so fun! Hi there! So today I'm doing the beauty blogger tag. I wasn't really sure about this one, since I would NOT consider myself a beauty blogger. But I figured that since I sometimes do posts about beauty and not all of the questions are beauty related, I'm close enough. 1. Is your hair naturally straight or curly? Straight, with zero curls or waves whatsoever. 2. Do you dye your hair? Nope. The only dye I've ever used was a little bit of pink, purple, and blue. 3. I'm a major bookworm, so much so that I'm pursuing a career where I get to read for a living. I saw this tag on a few blogs and, seeing as how it is just my sort of thing, decided to do it, too. 1. Do you have a certain place at home for reading? I usually sit in bed to read. I like to be cuddled under warm blankets, and I have this great pillow that is super soft and supports my back while I read.  2. Bookmark or random piece of paper? I use a bookmark. 3. Can you just stop reading or do you have to stop after a certain chapter or number of pages? While I prefer to stop at the end of a chapter, I can just stop if I have to, like if I need to leave for class or I'm falling asleep while reading. 4. Do you eat or drink while reading? Hello! I first would like to say that I have decided to take part in Blogmas. I thought about it yesterday, but had decided that, with finals in less than 2 weeks, I wouldn't have the time. However, after thinking about it overnight, I figure that as long as I draft some posts in advance, I should be able to do it (please disregard this false hope when/if I don't get all of my posts up in time). I was nominated by the wonderful  Kenzie  to do the top ten tag. To be honest, I don't wear a lot of makeup, but there are still some products that I really like that I use now and then.  1. Foundation The foundation I have been using for years is L'oreal True Match.  2. Concealer I currently don't have a go-to concealer, so I would love any suggestions that you have! 3. Powder Again, I've been using L'oreal True Match for years. 4. Blush I don't use blush. 5. Shampoo This one was originally "bronzer", but Kenzie changed it and, since I don't wear bronzer either, I'm going to keep it. I don't always stick to the same scent, but I really do like White Rain brand shampoo and conditioner. It makes my hair feel so soft and look shiny and healthy. 6. Happy Halloween!!! I don't know why, but I think I've been more excited for Halloween this year than I have been any other year. Halloween is just so great: getting scared at corn mazes or haunted houses, watching scary movies, and of course all the candy (I swear I'm a child inside)! Unfortunately where I live, it's always really cold on Halloween. It actually snowed last night, so it doesn't even look like autumn anymore. There is a layer of snow and ice over everything!
